Lumixo™ ensures clear and fair terms for all our services. Please read these conditions carefully to understand bookings, payments, and service guidelines designed for a seamless home cleaning experience across all India locations.
1. Service Agreement
By booking or using Lumixo™ services, you agree to adhere to our professional standards, guidelines, and service policies. These terms define your responsibilities as a customer and our obligations as a service provider.
2. Bookings & Scheduling
All bookings must be made through official Lumixo™ channels including our website, WhatsApp, or authorized service numbers. Scheduling is subject to availability and confirmation from our trained teams.
- Bookings are confirmed only after Lumixo™ acknowledges the service request.
- Changes or cancellations should be communicated at least 24 hours prior to the service.
3. Payments & Charges
Payments for services must be completed through official Lumixo™ payment methods. All charges are as per the selected service package at the time of booking.
- Extra charges may apply for additional services requested on-site.
- Refunds, if applicable, are governed by Lumixo™ cancellation and refund policy.
4. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate information regarding service location, access details, and any special requirements.
- Ensure areas to be cleaned are safe and accessible for our teams.
- Valuables should be secured prior to service execution.
- Inform Lumixo™ of any hazardous materials or conditions in advance.
5. Liability & Guarantees
Lumixo™ maintains strict quality control and guarantees professional service. However, liability is limited to the service scope as agreed at the time of booking.
- We are not responsible for pre-existing damages at the service location.
- Any service complaints should be reported immediately to allow prompt resolution.
6. Privacy & Data
Customer information collected during bookings is used solely for service delivery, quality assurance, and support. Lumixo™ follows strict privacy and data protection standards across all services in India.
7. Changes to Terms
Lumixo™ reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Updated terms will be published on our website and are effective immediately upon posting.
8. Governing Law
All services and disputes shall be governed by the laws of India. Any legal proceedings shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
